Search by Visa or Passport Number

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to search by Visa / Passport number:

1. On the login page, click Account Lookup.
2. On the Access or Create Your Account page, click Search by Visa / Passport Number.
3. Enter your Visa / Passport Number.
4. Enter your Date of Birth.
5. Select the Issuing Country from the drop-down list.
6. Click Submit.
