Redeem a Promotional Code

Customers can redeem promotional codes to reduce the cost of the total purchase price of a sale.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to redeem a promotional code:

1. From your customer homepage, select the product you want to purchase.
2. On the Product Catalog page, select the product to purchase.
   

Note: You can add additional items from the Catalog page to the Shopping Cart. If you have separate promotional codes for the additional products, you can redeem them in the Shopping Cart.

3. On the Product page, click a product name, then click Add to Cart to add it to the shopping cart.
4. In the Shopping Cart, perform one of the following substeps:
   • Click Keep Shopping to continue shopping for more products.
   • Click Remove to remove an item from the shopping cart.
   • Click Checkout to continue to the checkout.
   • In the Voucher Number field, enter a number and click Apply to redeem a .
   • In the Promotional Code field, enter a promotional code and click Apply to use the code. An indicator displays when the promotional code is applied to the sale, and the discount total displays on the Make Payment page.
5. Click Checkout.

6. Select your payment method and complete the checkout process.
