Purchase a Product that Requires an Eligibility Verification

Certain products may require eligibility verifications in order to purchase a product at a certain price point. Customers may have to submit information to verify they are eligible for a particular price point. For example, a member of Armed Forces may receive a different price point than a customer who is not a member of the Armed Forces.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to purchase a product that requires an eligibility verification:

1. On your customer homepage, in the Licenses section, click Buy Licenses/Permits.

2. On the Product Catalog page, select the menu for the product you want to purchase.
   
3. In the Products section, select the product you want to purchase.
4. Select and enter verification information and click Continue.
5. Verify that the product you want to purchase is correct and, where applicable, select the check box for optional add-on items.
6. Click Add to Cart.
7. In the Shopping Cart, verify that the items you want to purchase are listed.
8. (Optional) In the Voucher Number section, enter a number and click Apply.

9. Select your payment method and complete the checkout process.
